Kiapmoo fried pork rind
Product description
Kiapmoo fried pork rind is a popular snack in Thailand and in Laos. The pork skin was dehydrated and then deep fried until puffy to obtain a crispy texture. You can enjoy it as a snack with a mixture of salt, pepper or any spices you prefer or with the papaya salad like real Thai or Laotians.
