Since its creation in 1977, ORIENTAL KITCHEN has prioritized the quality, hygiene and safety of its products, and was one of the first Asian food manufacturing companies to obtain sanitary certificate. Today, we continue in order to innovate to bring more pleasure and quality to customers.
COMPANY
Oriental Kitchen was established in 1977 out of a desire to satisfy our customers and introduce Asian cuisine to as many people as possible. Our factory is located in Île-de-France.
ORIGIN OF OUR MEAT
Our meat for daily production are all French meat which comes from animals born, raised and slaughtered in France from the Rungis International Market.
QUALITY AND SAFETY
We are committed to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) process controlled by the official services. Our internal procedures and our traceability system ensure a safe hygiene standard of our products.
HYGIENE
Our machines and utensils are cleaned and sanitized daily as well as our floor-to-ceiling in the factory. Our cleaned and disinfection procedures are regularly checked.
