Product description
Gio, also known as Vietnamese salami or ham, is a very delicious Vietnamese charcuterie. Gio Bi is made of mashed 100% French pork with a premium fish sauce. In addition, we put pieces of pork rind in order to bring out a slightly crunchy and perfectly elastic texture.
