The Nam Yan yellow curry or Singapore curry is a blend of mild and refined spices which combines the classic taste of Indian curry with the flavouring of Chinese cuisine. The most well-known recipe is Nam Yan curry soup with beef and rice noodles. This curry is also perfect for cooking with fish, seafood and shellfish.
