Product description
Our variety of Lap-Xuông or Lap Cheong sausages are made from French pork with sweet and salty flavours. This version is composed with five spices: Sichuan pepper, Chinese anise, Chinese cinnamon, cloves and fennel. It is best served with Thai jasmine rice.
